Although there are things that can be done to lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits from day 1, your child needs to be biologically ready for sleep coaching. Sleep becomes organized at 16 weeks/4 months of age and this is when we are able to formally begin the sleep coaching process.
I will work with children up to the age of 4 years old.
There is no such thing as a no-cry sleep solution. Anytime we make a change, there is bound to be protest. This means tears. While I can't guarantee no tears, I can guarantee that they will be short-lived if you stay the course and stay consistent.
Your child will be much happier once they start getting the sleep they need.

I do not give refunds.. There is a lot of time and work that goes in to creating a custom sleep plan for your child. I need you to be 100% committed to the process. I do understand that life happens and if there is an extenuating circumstance, we can discuss a refund on a case by case basis.
Sleep training is teaching your child to fall asleep independently and be able to put themselves back to sleep independently if they wake up in the middle of the night.
And did I mention it is life changing?!

Occasionally a child will learn good sleep habits without assistance. Most children need help and guidance in learning the skill of sleep. You are helping your child set life long sleep habits. Make those habits healthy.
During our initial consult we will discuss a variety of methods you can use. The method you choose will affect how long the process takes. Some of the more direct methods will show great improvement in as little as 3 days, the more gradual methods can take 2+ weeks. No matter which method you choose, you will see success as long as you are consistent and follow the plan!
By becoming certified by the Family Sleep Institute, I chose to join a team of some of the pioneers in the field. Many sleep consultants have no formal training or training in only one specific method. Graduates of the Family Sleep Institute have spent many hours learning a variety of approaches from many leaders in the sleep industry. I have studied authors such as Dr. Marc Weissbluth, Dr. Richard Ferber, Kim West (The Sleep Lady), and Dr. William Sears. Being a member of the Family Sleep Institute also comes with continued support from my instructors, fellow graduates and other sleep consultants. I am required to complete continuing education courses throughout the year in order to keep my certification current.
